Coaching Packages & Power Hours:

- Payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed.

- Refunds are not provided for completed coaching sessions.

- If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.

- Coaching requires commitment. Refunds for coaching sessions are not provided unless exceptional circumstances apply.

The HEAL Program & Digital Products:

- Because digital products provide instant access to valuable content, purchases are non-refundable. If you experience issues, contact us for support.
